Refund and Exchange Policy
1. If you have any concerns about your purchased items, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a refund. The unused item must then be postmarked within 3 days of your return request in order to receive full refund including the original shipping and return shipping fees.
2. If you request a refund within 48 hours and the return package is postmarked between 4 to 8 days after your request, you will only receive the refund for the item. However, the original shipping fee you spent will be returned to you as a store credit. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse your return shipping fee.
3. If you request a refund within 48 hours and the return package is postmarked more than 9 days after your request, you will not receive any refunds, however, you will have store credit for the original price you paid for the item and the shipping. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse your return shipping fee.
Additional Return Policy
The item must be in the same condition that you received with original tags and packaging.
We will not be able to accept any return or exchange request for an item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, labels, or tags. We also cannot accept any return or exchange request if we did not receive a request email within 48 hours of the product delivery.
If you are returning an item priced over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance.
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange--intimate items such as underwear and swimwear; perishable goods such as candles, flowers, and toiletries; any fur items; newspapers or magazines; artwork; gift cards; and downloadable goods.
If you request a refund, your refund will be processed using the original form of payment once your return package has been received. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
If for any reason you would like to cancel the order placed, please email us at email@example.com within 3 hours. Because we strive to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible, we will not be able to cancel an order after 3 hours of receiving the order request as processing begins immediately.
